Sacred Bodywork

Our bodies hold stories — emotions, memories, and energies that can sometimes weigh us down or keep us stuck. Through somatic, relaxation‑focused bodywork, I help you gently release what no longer serves you, creating space for ease, clarity, and renewal. This is not massage therapy in the clinical or medical sense; my work is purely relaxation and healing in nature, rooted in the mind–body connection and guided by intuition.

As an intuitive healer, I support both physical and emotional shifts — through touch and, if it resonates with you, conversation. Together, we invite balance, softness, and flow back into your system. Coaching can also be woven into the session, allowing insights that arise through bodywork to be explored more deeply.

🌿 Practical Details

• I bring my own massage table. Please ensure your space can comfortably fit the table with at least four feet of clearance on each side, as well as at the head and foot.

• The space must be private and quiet to allow for full relaxation and energetic flow.

• You choose the atmosphere: silence, gentle conversation, or sacred music. I’m happy to follow your lead so the session feels aligned with your needs.

• Sessions are offered at your location only (no onsite studio available at this time).

• A 15‑minute “get to know you” video call is required before booking. This ensures our energies and intentions align, and sets the foundation for a meaningful healing experience.

Afterward, I encourage you to give yourself time to rest, journal, or simply be — so the shifts we invite together can settle into your body and spirit.
