About me

Hi! I’m Tianna — a certified Life Coach, Yoga practitioner, Relaxation Bodyworker, Lifestyle Designer, and Workshop Facilitator. My approach is grounded and heart‑centered, supporting individuals in aligning with their inner wisdom, releasing tension from the body, and creating lives rooted in authenticity and connection.

Before stepping into my current work, I spent many years as a Birth Doula, prenatal educator, and pre‑ and post‑natal bodyworker. Those years of supporting families through profound transitions deeply shaped my understanding of presence, intuition, and the power of compassionate care — wisdom that continues to inform everything I offer today.

The majority of my professional life has also been rooted in the non‑profit healthcare sector, specifically in the field of community living supporting folks with differing abilities. Over more than 20 years, I wore many hats — manager, team leader, teacher, workshop facilitator, director, and administrator. My time in this sector expanded me as a human being; it taught me patience, adaptability, deep respect for diverse ways of being, and the importance of creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered.

My personal life has been just as expansive. I’ve spent many years connected to and participating in queer community spaces, and my dating history has included relationships with men, women, and people of diverse gender identities. While I identify as heterosexual these days, my lived experience continues to shape how I understand love — that it’s about the person, not the container they come in. This history informs my sex‑ and body‑positive approach: I believe there is no place for shame or blame in living an authentic life. Vulnerability, acceptance, and the freedom to express oneself fully are cornerstones of how I relate to myself and others.

I believe fulfillment doesn’t come from changing who we are, but from letting go of what blocks our source energy from flowing freely and powerfully. Whether through one‑on‑one sessions, bodywork, or group workshops, I integrate holistic tools and compassionate presence to help others reconnect with themselves, cultivate clarity, and follow their unique path with confidence and ease.

A cornerstone of my work is conscious communication, particularly the lost art of deep listening — holding space in ways that leave others feeling truly seen, heard, and valued. As a sex‑ and body‑positive humanist, I celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and the freedom to express oneself authentically; I honor the beauty of each person’s unique gift to the world.

I also dive deeply into my creative side — because it’s how I follow my own bliss. Creativity is not just a hobby for me, but a pathway to connection, joy, and self‑expression. Through my Friday Night Crochet Club (in‑person at a North Vancouver location), I invite others to experience the meditative process of making something with their hands while sharing authentic conversation and community.

In addition to crochet, I offer workshops in jewelry making, confidence building, and lifestyle design. These gatherings are spaces to connect, be seen, and share our journeys toward becoming the best versions of ourselves. Whether you join for a creative class, a coaching workshop, or a group experience, my intention is always the same: to create supportive environments where people can explore, express, and grow together.
